Hi All:

Our insurance providers are changing and new possible providers are prompting a list of security procedures that we've not seen from our providers in the past. None are ridiculous requests per se, but we are curious what other museums are doing? Would anyone be willing to share off list the name of their insurance for H/W and Carriage rides and any protocols their organization has standard due to liability?  For example, our new possible provider insists that horse tack have reflectors on it....anyone else run into this?
