Guests can learn how to pickle with vinegar and using fermentation to make pickled asparagus, fermented carrots, and sauerkraut. This will involve lots of vegetable cutting done by the guests. Must by 12 and older (Children under 16 must register with an adult). Presented at Indiana's premier living history center Conner Prairie. Registration and prepayment is required.
